I teach my clients how to access quality data to assess their health, combine nutrients, address deficiencies, eat cleaner, supplement with precision, and implement simple but life-changing habits and practices to achieve a wide range of health, fitness and broader goals.  

I have special interests in fatigue and metabolic disease prevention, brain health, immune support, environmental illness prevention, neurodivergent wellbeing and the science of longevity.

MORE THAN MY Expertise

I am a Nutritionist and Health Coach registered with the Nutrition Council of Australia. I also have a background in research, environmental advocacy, international art and many sportsโ€”national-level swimming, netball, yoga, and more recently, weight training for hypermobility, Original Strength training and functional movement work. Iโ€™ve lectured and worked with changemakers around the world since 2011, and mentored other mid-career creatives for more than a decade. Combined with my personal experience managing a covid-related chronic illness recovery, late diagnosed ADHD, histamine sensitivity/MCAS, and hypermobility, I have developed a unique perspective on both peak performance and optimal health maintenance, navigating major life changes with an open inquisitive mind and a great appreciation for the problem-solving capacities and unique strengths that we all carry in us inherently. The best education in โ€˜how things workโ€™ is to put them back together again in a different way. Because of my own experience of a health crisis and recovery, I am networked with excellent doctors and allied health professionals in Australia and make use of these networks in my referrals where necessary. 

Another Thing

While my Nutrition qualification was built from established sources (e.g. National Health and Medical Research Council, Nutrient Reference Values for Australia & NZ, Australian Institute of Sport, Australian Sports Commission) my training also recognised the limits of static guidelines for nutrition advice. The Australian Dietary Guidelines, for example, were last updated in 2013. No โ€˜gen popโ€™ guidelines incorporate recent research or provide anything resembling individualised nutrition or change strategies. Increasingly, we are realising how different health needs are between individuals and across the lifespan, and how biased past science has been towards male research subjects. I work with up-to-date research and industry expertise to create wholly individualised strategies, with an evidence-base.

Who benefits from this work?

My clients come from all walks of life. Most are aware that change is needed, but struggle to navigate wildly variable or trending health advice that is never tailored to any individual (!). Others may feel they ‘know exactly what they need to do’ but struggle with implementation and lack a valued relationship of accountability to make change. The foundations are sometimes missing, and the science is always changing. Precision coaching sorts that out. I do not replace but work alongside your primary care and allied health team to maximise your wellbeing. My scope of practice for coaching does not include diagnosing or treating serious diseases; if ever in any doubt I will refer you to appropriate expertise. Minimum age 16+.

How are the coaching sessions conducted?

Our sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide and in regional Australia. In Brisbane, I work from Yeronga on the South side – you will receive the address upon booking. We usually do a lot of information gathering from the first session, so we don’t miss anything.

Data storage complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) – the standard for sensitive patient data protection.

What committment is required?

For most people I recommend an initial and follow up session to start with. Additional sessions will build and deepen your knowledge, maintain accountability, and refine results against changing goals.

Lasting results come from a keenness to try out and experiment with new strategies that build momentum. Whether you choose the Reset Package straight up, or book follow-ups as one-off sessions – you drive the process and come back when you need, or we can also set reminders. But there is no judgment from my end.

Do you do group work or workplace consults?

The short answer is yes, but it depends on your group’s needs and my availability. For joint sessions, corporate clients or workshops email directly for a tailored quote.

What results can I expect?

This entirely depends on your unique goals (which we unpack together). Generally, from nutrition and change coaching, you can expect enhanced confidence, notable shifts in energy and mood, improved decision-making, and a proactive approach to challenges. This often leads to greater life satisfaction and richer relationships.

I am particularly intuitive at understanding blocks to progress, through dialogue, and very much enjoy feedback from clients that accelerates the work we do together. Changes will be noticeable! I also incorporate feedback tools into the work to help track your growth journey objectively, so that you don’t have to.
